At Label Mandara, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each order is prepared with utmost care and attention to detail, based on preorders. As a result, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer the following guidelines for exchanges:

  1. Exchange Eligibility: Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in their original conditionβ€”unworn, unused, with tags and labels intact, and in the same packaging.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our preorder process, we do not accept returns. This policy ensures that each item is crafted specifically for you with the highest standards.

  3. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at [email address] with your order ID and details of the item you wish to exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange for a pickup if necessary.

  4. Shipping Fees: For all second-time shippings, a shipping fee of β‚Ή150 will be applicable. Alternatively, you can choose to self-ship the item to our address.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and a photo of the received item. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

  6. Store Credits: In case of an exchange, store credits will be issued, which are 100% redeemable against future purchases and valid for one year.
