Exchange Eligibility: Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags and labels intact, and in the same packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our preorder process, we do not accept returns. This policy ensures that each item is crafted specifically for you with the highest standards.
